Winding Down Business this Fall

To our Polite community,

Because you've been an important part of our journey, we wanted you to hear this directly from us. We have some difficult news to share.

We've come to the heartbreaking decision to wind down our hemp business over the coming weeks, with the closure of our online store scheduled for the end of September.

Why are we closing?

Unfortunately, the business landscape surrounding hemp has gone from bad to worse. We've given our all to grow and sustain in a tough industry that lacks access to proper banking and marketing channels, but increasing bans on full spectrum hemp at both the state and national levels, and great uncertainty surrounding the future of federal hemp policy makes continuing Polite in its current form no longer viable. Many CBD business have already lost access to critical functions such as payment processing, with more challenges to come. 

We know so many of you have made Polite a part of your lives, so we want to help you plan and prepare for the transition. Read on for some helpful details.

Here's What to Expect

• You'll be able to continue purchasing atstaypolitehemp.com through September 30, 2026, while inventory lasts.

• If you have any loyalty points, now is the time to login to your account on our website and make use of them!  

• If you want to stock up on your favorite products, check out our Bulk Packs to save up to 30% (links are also at the bottom of this email). 

• We do anticipate offering promos on remaining inventory in late September, but some best selling SKUs are already running low on supply. 

• Please note after August - all sales will be final, and any previous discount codes (GovX, affiliate, etc) will be inactive.

Where can I find quality CBD after September?

To support you in this transition, we are actively vetting alternative brands that share our standards, values, and commitment to quality. We will be sharing a list in September so you have good options to turn to! 

What is going to happen to Polite?

While we don’t know exactly what the future holds, we are exploring ways for Polite to potentially re-launch in the state-regulated cannabis markets (where some of you first discovered us!), but it is still too early and uncertain to provide any concrete plans. If you stay subscribed, we'll share updates if/when we have news.
