The giveaway is operated by Polite Health LLC. Throughout the giveaway materias and the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Polite Hemp
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Polite, their immediate family members, or any entity involved in the administration or fulfillment of this Giveaway are not eligible.
Entries accepted April 29 2025 at 12:00 AM PDT through May 2 2025 at 11:59 PM PDT (“Entry Period”).
Click the Giveaway link provided in Polite’s email, Instagram bio (@staypolitehemp) or Facebook post.
Complete the online nomination form in full, including your name, email address, mailing address, and a short note about the “mama” you’re nominating.
Limit one (1) entry per person; duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
By submitting an entry you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Polite’s Privacy Policy.
One (1) winner will receive an Inside-Out Relief Bundle consisting of:

Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes – if any – are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Random Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about May 3 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
Notification: Potential winner will be contacted by email and announced on Polite’s Instagram and Facebook Stories (@staypolitehemp).
Claiming Prize: Potential winner must reply to the notification email within 48 hours with any requested information or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Prize will ship via standard ground service no later than May 7 2025 to a U.S. address provided by the winner. Shipment is restricted to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products containing ≤0.3% Δ-9 THC are lawful.
Except where prohibited, winner grants Polite a perpetual, worldwide license to use winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, and entry story for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Personal information collected is used solely for Giveaway administration and will not be published or sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; SPONSOR RESERVES ALL REMEDIES.
