Earning Points

Points can be earned in the following ways:

loyalty account creation = 100 points

successful referral = 100 points

1-for-1 points for dollars spent on polite products (including subscriptions)

Yes, once you have a loyalty account created, you will earn points from your monthly subscription purchases.

Your referral must spend $20+ on their first Polite purchase to be considered a successful referral.

Additionally, the referral link purchase must be the referred friend's FIRST Polite purchase

AND

the user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.

Not all referrals are successful.

A referral is only considered successful, or "completed" if it meets  these requirements:

  1. The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount of $20
  2. Must be the referred friend's first purchase
  3. The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.

Things that may cause a referral to fail:

  • If your referral clicked on the referral link but then made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent, the referring customer would not get the kickback.

  • If the minimum spent amount was reached, but part of the sum was paid for using a coupon, this will not be counted as a completed referral. The minimum amount must be paid for with actual money and by using redemption options.

  • The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent on the first purchase made via the referral link. The amount cannot span across several purchases.

  • The referral had made a prior purchase on this website, staypolitehemp.com.

Using Points

When logged in to your loyalty account, you'll be able to select an option to redeem points.

A unique discount code will then be sent to your email, which will need to be entered at checkout in order to get your discount.

Rewards start at 500 points where 500 points is equal to $25 off your next non-subscription purchase.

Points can be used for a discount on all Polite products, excluding subscription purchases and wholesale orders.

No - at this time points cannot be used towards subscriptions.

However, you can earn points from your subscriptions. We recommend all subscribers have a loyalty account, for a hands-off way to save!
